Terms and Conditions                        

1. Booking Procedure

You can book and pay for attendance at The Hardware Conference 2018 using the following online booking form: https://form.jotformeu.com/72823032203342.

For any other queries about payment, or to register more delegates to The Hardware Conference please contact Hardware Association Ireland (HAI) on 01 298 0969 or by email.

2. Confirmation of your Booking

Once we have processed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice/receipt of payment. Your registration to The Hardware Conference is guaranteed once payment has been received. Payment must be received in advance to secure your registration.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to The Hardware Conference if payment has not been received prior to the commencement date.

3. Fees Include

Delegate Registration fee includes access to The Hardware Conference 2018, including all speakers and seminars scheduled, lunch and dinner reception on the evening of the Conference (Tuesday the 1st of May).

If you have selected the Dinner Only option, you will have access to dinner reception on the evening of the Conference only.

4. Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that the late cancellation of a registration or the withdrawal from the event may be unavoidable. In such cases, the waiver of the course fee remains at our discretion.

More than 5 working days – Full refund

Less than 5 working days – 0% refund

All cancellation requests should be made to Hardware Association Ireland by phoning 01 298 0969.

5. Refund Policy

a)       Registration to The Hardware Conference and spaces at the dinner reception are subject to demand and in exceptional circumstances; the Conference may be postponed or cancelled. In the unlikely event of a change to The Hardware Conference schedule delegates will be advised, and an alternative date will be provided. If this does not suit, a full refund will be offered to any delegate affected.

b)       Refunds can only be made in the original tender of purchase. Online refunds will be repaid by cheque or bank transfer.

c)       In the event that you register your (or another) place and subsequently do not attend the for whatsoever reason, no refund will be given. However, you may cancel and receive a full refund up to 5 working days before the Conference commencement date.

d)       If you fail to attend the Conference or dinner and have not given prior notice to HAI then the registration fee will remain payable in full and no transfer will be allowed.

6. Variation to the Conference Programme

It may become necessary for HAI to make alternations to the schedule, speakers, venue or date of the Conference compared to the advertised programme. Participants will be notified of this if this occurs.

HAI will process any personal information you provide to us for the following purposes:

  • To provide the services and support you require;
  • To send you information or other forms of communication that you register for;
  • To contact you for feedback on the Website as well as on the services offered by HAI;
  • To respond to any feedback or queries submitted by you to HAI.
